The engine free but will not turn over completely
The tank is quite clean inside

This bike was imported from Hamilton OHIO USA. In October 2018. It was UK Registered to the previous Owner on 31 / 10 / 18 He apparently had the Bores Bust Glazed and Replaced the Piston Rings. He had the Head Specialist checked and Reconditioned These Engines are Prone to Oil Burning I gather I purchased the bike on the 14 / 11 / 18 (So he only had it for Two Weeks ).
