Honda xl75. Bike starts and runs good. My son's outgrew it. One little ding in the gas tank. Headlight and taillight do not work. And the speedometer has never worked so I don't know the exact mileage. Starts every time. Does not smoke and runs great.... more

Restored from ground up. Motor from top to bottom has been rebuilt. Tank set has been repainted. All parts used were Oem and not repop. Bike has been started and gone through a few heat cycles. This bike belonged to Richard Petty no not that one but interesting i thought. Nice Honda CX500 Shaft drive. This bike is a nice riding bike and has a lot of power for a 500cc bike. I am 260lbs and it moves me around with no problems. Bike has been maintained and is in good shape. The shifter seal was recently replaced because of an oil leak and the mechanical seal was replaced last year. It had one owner in the USA who had it from new and did 8, 000 miles on it in 44years
The bike came from New York so not so much blazing sun as the usual Florida imports. Located in Oxford, UK and for Sale is this 1978 Honda Gold wing, GL 1000.
I purchased this bike, along with 3 others, about 18 months ago with the intention of doing it up but now no longer have the time or space.
As you can see by the video, it fires right up very easily at the push the button, it??s all there and has very low mileage for one of these at just 27, 000 miles. Since owning it, I have change the engine oil and the final drive oil, but that??s about it.

Definitely one for the weekend tinkerer. My rare, unique and quirky CT90 for sale with a mere 3000 miles on the clock. The bike has been in storage for approx a year, so will need a general recommission, new battery, fresh fuel etc .
