The BSA A10 evolved from the 500cc BSA A7; the more powerful 650cc A10 originated in 1949, with the Golden Flash, later to be followed by the Super Flash, Road Rocket (1954), Super Rocket (1958) and Rocket Gold Star (1962). A10 production ceased in 1963.

Brakes suspension and electrics all good
However the clutch plates or perhaps the whole clutch will need replaced as it is reluctant to come out of gear once engaged The problem is clutch related not gear box related
The bike is completely standard and would be an easy winter project

1962 BSA Super Rocket A10

This 1962 Super Rocket was my late Fathers motorcycle, who left the bike to me after he passed in 2016. The bike has had over £500 worth of work done to it since then, full service and replacement of parts where needed. It is off the road as I don't ride it but it is started a few times each year.
