1982 Honda cx500 Eurosport. Registered as a historic vehicle, it is Tax exempt, MOT exempt, ULEZ exempt and congestion charge exampt. Recently had new tyres. Prolink rear suspension has been refurbusished with new seals. Carbs have been recently cleaned. And I have just done an oil change and new oil filter. The battery has also recently been replaced. Bike starts first time, even if its been sitting for a week Selling because I have realised I do not have the time to ride it enough any more ... more

Here we have my 1978 CX500, sadly now for sale due to a change of circumstances. I bought it 4 years ago, and it has always been totally reliable, due in part possibly to the fact that a previous owner was a mechanic for a very well known motorcycle museum in the New Forest! The bike has had alot of work done over the years from previous seller with full strip down to rebuild and photos from that rebuild on phone the bike also has alot of paper work too and a full list of things he done to the bike . The honda is being sold due to not having the time to really appreciate it and the lack of use the bike is getting . 1979 CX 500 in candy blue. Registered as a classic vehicle and so TAX and MOT exempt. Professionally restored in first class condition. New down pipes fitted in June when the engine was put back together after replacing the cam chain and cam chain tensioner with associated components. The rest of the engine was fully inspected at this point too. The bike comes fully serviced. Any inspection welcome.
