Classic Bikes for sale: AJS

For auction a 1957 AJS Model 16 350cc with a current V5 in my name and currently on a SORN. I purchased this bike from a deceased estate and have since renewed the crank pin and big end bearing, fitted new clutch plates, renewed the tyres and inner tubes and the dynamo armature
The bike remains cosmetically unrestored giving it that desirable survivor look. It starts easily and engages all gears as it should. I??m happy to answer any sensible questions as I wish this to be a positive ... more

1952 AJS Model 18 500cc, rigid frame. A pleasant, original, good looking bike, which is why I bought it but If you look at the DVLA Web site, you'll see it's taxed, but I've never had it up the road, reason being an old serious back injury prevents me from getting it into life. I have tried, it was 6 weeks before I could walk again. Ouch! Having said that, I don't suspect there is anything amiss, just old age has got the better of me. AJS Model 8, 1960 350cc Single cylinder 4-stroke
A lovely example of a 64 year old classic. Only30, 000 miles on the clock (genuine). Completely original except for alloywheels and 12 volt electrics. Well maintained. Starts easily, runs well. No issues
