I bought this motorcycle almost 30 years ago, I added 2 inch over front end and short rear shocks. Custom rear fender struts and much more. I have only put about 1500 miles on it in all that time. I also did engine work including .040 over Wiseco pistons, S&S heads and solid lifters. New starter drive and chain and sprockets. I do it all myself, that's half the fun for me. Up for sale 1980 Yamaha TT500 4 stroke single cylinder off road motorcycle, frame & engine numbers match. I picked this up at an auction a little while back. It was made street legal by a previous owner. I did not test the lights because I did not put a new battery in it. Yamaha XS250, 1980 W reg, Original UK Bike in Original 44 year old Condition, 9810 miles, MOT exempt, In relatively good condition for its age. 1980 Honda cb250n superdream. Bought for £1000 last year as a project with a spare engine, as original wouldn't turn over. Fitted the spare engine, turned out it was the 5 speed from a CM250T 1981'ish. Runs okay, done a couple of thousand miles on it since. New brake cylinder, rear tyre, chain, mirrors, brake pads, rear brake shoes. Replaced the front mudguard with a proper metal one, replaced the seat with a rare replacement, really needs a seat cover. Hi up for sale is my Benelli 350cc 1980 bike.
A nice bike that you don??t see many of, even has dual brakes which I find fantastic for a bike of this age. The current mileage is only 9464. The bike starts and runs with a very nice clutch gearbox and smooth to ride. The picture on the tank I??m led to believe is the late John surtees at the tt. This is my 1980 Guzzi Cafe Racer based on an SP1000 with many extras and other items included. Starts first press of the button and pulls like a train.
