1976 BMW r90 / 6. Good condition runs and shifts great. I have owned it since 2021 and upon purchasing rebuilt the front forks with new springs, changed all fluids and filters, rebuilt carburetors with new gaskets, replaced front brake hose, replaced drive shaft rubber seal and various other small things the bike needed in order to be reliable. 1970 BMW R / 75 / 5 short wheelbase. This motorcycle is #44 off the assembly line based upon the vin number. Recently rebuilt the heads with the option for dual spark plugs. I bought this four years ago fully restored and I have onlytaken it out a few times to vintage rallies

It hasn??t been on the road for about a year, yesterday Ichanged the oil and plugs and charged up the battery and it fired up on thesecond kick

I took it out and did ten miles on it and as always it drovebeautifully, the speedometer cable needs oiled or replaced as it seemed tostick a few times then cleared itself.

Rescued as a starter but a non runner. This classic K bike was rusty and someone in the past had fitted a full fairing which itself was in a parlous state, in fact nearly every non engine component needing looking at, fixing or replacing.
