This 1930 Harley VL is a really nice machine that will be a great riding bike after a bit of work. These early VL's are nimble machines compared to later knuckleheads and panheads - they are a lot of fun to ride!
The engine fires after a couple kicks, and it would run easily. However, the handlebar controls and linkages are missing so I was only able to get the bike to fire for a moment. I have video of the bike firing which I will try to include in this ad

For Sale!
1936 Harley R model. This beautiful bike was probably restored a decade ago. The paint is very very nice with only a few visible blemishes including a scratch on the bottom of the front fender. The metallic gold and black color combo look great in the sun
This bike is mostly complete, however it is missing a few linkage and control pieces. I am not an expert with the 30's flatheads, so please judge the pictures for yourself to see what's there and what's missing

Here is my 1962 Harley-Davidson Duo-Glide FLH. Beautiful old girl. Starts n runs nice. Lots of original bits (tanks for starters), but also has some repro parts due to age / wear. Currently fitted with an auto-advance timer for ease of use, but comes with a fully rebuilt two point manual timer and the cable and control are ready to re-attach, so if you wanted to go that way then all good. I don't have a Linkert M74B (can help find one if you're keen) and its currently fitted with a S&S ... more
