This vehicle does not have a V5 and will have to registered with DVLA
This Matchless is being sold as in the condition shown in the photographs. There is some surface rust to the frame and chromed areas but for its age it is a great basis for a classic English bike to either fully restore or maintain in an oily rag usable fun vintage motorcycle
