This 1971 Firebird is a unique custom build Expertly Rebuilt Engine: The engine was rebuilt by Classic Cycle Works in Georgetown, SC, under the expert hands of Frank Deihl in 2017 we resurrected the bike rejetted carbs for straight pipes and velocity stacks, adjusted carb clutch and replaced kicker pawl assembly. Selling my BSA Bantam - Honda Hybrid. I bought this in 2021 delivered from Scotland on trust that it had been reputedly restored. However when I got it the forks were non standard and faulty and it kept jumping out of 3rd gear. So I took the engine apart and restored the gear box. I then picked up a donor CG125 and replaced the front forks on the Bantam complete with disc brake, handlebars and indicators. A lovely little Bantam. An older restoration which is in great condition but requires use as it it stored in my garage and due to health and my age is now not being used as intended . It is the D14 with 4 speed gearbox and a matching numbers bike. New battery fitted and excellent tyres, wheels etc. Great fun for the Summer around the lanes. Starts well and runs smoothly.
