A 1976 Triumph Bonneville T-140 with 8381 miles is being offered for sale at $5, 000. This was the first year Triumph produced a bike with US specs putting the shifter on the left and the rear brake on the right. The bike has a Boyer electronic ignition which makes the bike easy to start. It also has new Hagon rear shocks and new Amal Carbs. For sale is a 79 Triumph Bonneville 750. This is the ??European Style?? Bonneville. A more rare numbered bike that was sold in 79. Bought this bike while Purchasing a few bikes from an older gentleman. This bike has been tucked away in the garage for years. After I purchased it I took it into a local motorcycle shop to get it running and clean the fuel system and carburetors. Bike also got a new battery and intake boots. 1971 triumph bonneville chopper 650cc
Started with a stock frame that was heavily modified by the Haifley brothers in Phoenix, they made the hard tail and new backbone for it, as well as stainless fork stops. The frame was then powder coated in rootbeer brown gloss.

This classic bike is a true survivor. My dealership received it on trade from the original owner a few years ago whereupon I put it upstairs in my little collection of bikes. I have since sold the store and am now selling off my collection.

Here's a great example of a 1971 Triumph Bonneville, 5 speed. I'm the third owner as the bike has 6800 original miles. An un-molested oil-in-frame edition with the original gold / black paint A small pre-production of the 5 speed transmission featured in '72 was offered at the end of the '71 production year.
