Classic Bikes for sale: 1955-59

Thismotorcycle was purchased new from Fordyce Harley Davidson in Riverside, California in 1959. I purchased the motorcycle from the original owner in 1980(see the picture of the letter from the original owner with a little history ofthe bike and the picture he included). The bike had about 85, 000 miles when Ipurchased it and I have only added about 6, 000 miles since then. Hello, up for sale is a really nice and clean 1957 Lambretta LD125. This scooter was rebuilt and painted about 20 years ago, and has seen very little use in that time. Starts right up and runs good. Recently Installed a new Delarto phbg 21mm ad carb as the original delarto just seemed worn out, but is included in the sale. French Ld 125, bought as a project last year. This is a great little scooter which is 85% complete and will make a great easy project for someone. It is missing a rear shock absorber, speedo cable, wiring loom and requires a simple repair to the glove box door. I have had the scooter running which is registered in my name on a V5.
