I am selling my 1934 VLD Harley Davidson 80 inch motor. I love this bike! it runs, rides, stops like a dream. Easy to start and still 6 volt. I bought this bike out of Canada years ago and have ridden this bike quite a bit. Everything on it seems to be original except paint. Whoever did this build spared no expense. 1932 harley davidson V (478 made) 75% done , replaced many parts with originals, rims, hubs, tanks, trans cover. etc. motor done, new crank pin and bearings, valve and valve guides pistons and rings , heli coil head bolts to original threads, headlight is not motorcycle, have valid RI paperwork, transmission sealed bearings, look at pictures carefully, ask questions, I will post more pictures later, , NEEDS fenders to be fix ed, to be wired. seat to be redone, $500 due within 48 hours ... more

The Norton factory ledger shows this matching number machine leaving the factory on the 3rd August 1933 supplied to agent Orfanelli in Egypt. It first appears back in the UK when it is registered HGN66 in December 1945 tying in with the cessation of hostilities in the Second World War. This leads to speculation that returning servicemen having discovered it overseas brought it back to the UK. A 1930 Norton special taking the best bits from various Norton Models (16, 18, 20) This bike originally left the Norton factory and was shipped to Denmark in 1931. Bought by myself from Belgium in 2014 as a box of bits. I spent the last decade finding all the rare parts needed to put together this very special machine
